Shipping & Returns
Once the funds have been cleared and received, we will post your order within one working day. We ship to Australia and New Zealand and we use standard Australia Post which usually takes three to five working days to deliver in Australia. You also have the option of Express Post for extra charge.
Returns & Exchanges
If you change your mind and you want to exchange an item, you have 30 days from the delivery date to do so. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear). In these circumstances, the cost of postage is covered by the customer.
Whilst every item is inspected, if you believe that you have received a defective item you must report it within 2 days of receipt. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within two days of receiving your items.
If product is defective, the cost of return will be covered by us.
To return the items,
Make sure you pack the item in its original packaging, including all labels.
Complete the return form by filling in the reason for return and include it in the parcel.
